We are seeking an ambitious Programmatic Consultant to architect and execute cutting-edge digital advertising strategies for some of the most exciting brands in Europe. This is more than a campaign management role; it is a critical position for a strategic thinker who is passionate about data, technology, and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate will leverage our advanced tech stack to orchestrate complex campaigns across the digital landscape, ensuring our clients’ messages reach the right audience, at the right time, with maximum impact. Our programmatic services include Display, High impact, Video, CTV advertising (BVOD/AVOD), DOOH, Native, Cinema and Audio.
What you'll do
Campaign Setup & Execution: Take ownership of the end-to-end setup of programmatic campaigns, primarily using Google's Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Display & Video 360 (DV360). This includes onboarding clients, implementing tracking, uploading creative materials (banners/video), and defining targeting strategies based on client objectives.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor live campaigns, analyze performance data against client KPIs, and make daily, hands-on optimizations to bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative delivery to maximize results.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for clients. You will work on creating insightful decks that translate raw data into a clear story about campaign performance, key learnings, and next steps.
Testing & Development: Actively engage in test-and-learn processes by running A/B experiments on creative, audiences, and bidding strategies. You'll play a key role in implementing new platform features to keep campaigns innovative and effective..
Cross-functional Teamwork: Work closely with media planners and analysts on integrated strategies. You will collaborate with our in-house design team by providing them with technical specifications and performance insights to ensure creative assets are perfectly suited for programmatic channels.
Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to continuously refine our programmatic offerings and drive innovation.
