What you'll do

As a Backend Developer at Black Lemon, you will be the first of your kind and, therefore, a cornerstone in the future tech team of the company.

Your responsibilities could include:

Design and develop backend solutions to support data integration across multiple systems.
Assist in developing and maintaining APIs and services for data exchange between platforms such as Navision and Shopify.
Help ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of backend solutions.
Work with project managers, clients, and other team members to gather requirements and deliver quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and assist in resolving issues related to data integration and system performance.

Experience you'll bring

Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
Experience working with system architecture and data integration, with an eagerness to learn and grow in this area.
Familiarity with APIs and data interchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
Experience with ERP systems like Navision and e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
Basic understanding of database technologies.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
