• Data at the Core

  • Data Migration & Management: Plan, structure, and execute data migration tasks for products, customers, and collections using CSV imports and spreadsheet tools.
    
    

  • Data Cleansing & Validation: Audit, clean, and format data to ensure consistency and accuracy before, during, and after migrations.
    
    

  • Data Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data-related errors or inconsistencies within Shopify or third-party app integrations.
    
    

• Shopify Execution & Support

  • Store Setup & Content Management: Assist in setting up Shopify stores, publishing and formatting product descriptions, landing pages, and blog content.
    
    

  • App Research & Integration Support: Research and recommend Shopify apps that meet client needs, testing and assisting with setup when required.
    
    

  • Quality Assurance: Be the final checkpoint before launch — ensuring products, pages, store configurations, settings, and data are accurate, on-brand, and error-free.
    
    

  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and developers to streamline data and content workflows.

• Strong experience in data management, including advanced use of CSV files and Excel/Google Sheets.
  
  

• Technical curiosity and a desire to understand Shopify’s data structures and logic.
  
  

• Analytical mindset with an exceptional eye for detail and quality assurance.
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
  

• Strong problem-solving abilities - you enjoy digging into data issues until they’re fixed.

• Working knowledge of Git or similar version control tools is a plus, but not required.
