As an Automation & AI Associate Consultant, you will be a key member of our execution-focused team. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing robust, technology-driven solutions that optimize marketing infrastructure for our clients.

A typical day involves a mix of strategy, data work, and technical execution:

• Design & Build Automations: Support the setup and management of automation flows (using tools like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier) to automate workflows across various marketing platforms and CMS systems.

• Prompt Engineering & AI Implementation: Help craft sophisticated AI prompts and workflows (using GPT, Claude, or Gemini) to generate high-quality, on-brand outputs.

• Dataset Management: Build and maintain the structured datasets that fuel our automation engines. You will be the architect of the data that makes AI perform.

• Technical Integration: Identify the right APIs and tools, analyze data flows, and build stable integrations to ensure different technical systems work together seamlessly.

• Quality Assurance & Monitoring: Act as a critical "human-in-the-loop" by reviewing AI-generated output and monitoring automation workflows to ensure maximum performance and uptime.

• Collaboration: Work closely with specialists across SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams to translate their strategic needs into automated reality.

This is a rapidly evolving field, so we value potential, logic, and technical curiosity over years of specific experience.

• A Solid Digital Foundation: If you have experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or a technical field, that’s a great start. A genuine passion for technology is mandatory.

• An Analytical & Systematic Mindset: You are a logical thinker who enjoys breaking down complex problems and building efficient systems. (If you’ve ever "nerded out" over strategy games or complex systems, you’ll fit right in).

• Data Fluency:  While not a strict requirement, being highly confident in working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) to organize and structure information is a significant advantage. It provides a great foundation for building automation logic.

• Technical Flair: You are genuinely curious about how software works. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable exploring API documentations and new low-code platforms.
