Mid-level Graphic Designer

We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our team.

This isn’t just about making things look good; it’s about making design work at scale. You will be a central engine in our Design as a Service (DaaS) setup, delivering high-quality, high-volume visual assets that fuel the marketing performance of our Northern European clients.

Your primary focus will be supporting our DaaS model, ensuring a smooth flow of creative output. You will act as the bridge between raw ideas and polished visual communication.

• Fuel the DaaS Engine: Execute a steady stream of diverse design tasks-from performance marketing creatives (social ads, banners) to branding assets-maintaining high standards across rapid turnaround times.

• Visual Problem Solving: Translate briefs from clients and Project Managers into functional, visually compelling designs that convert.

• Systematic Design: Work with and expand upon existing brand guidelines. You understand that consistency is key in a service model.

• Digital Architecture: Build prototypes and wireframes for digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

• Continuous Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new tools and trends. You keep your work fresh to ensure our clients always look modern.

• End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with teams to ensure every design aligns with the broader marketing strategy.

We are looking for a Medior profile, someone who has mastered the tools and is ready to optimize the process.

• The Portfolio: A strong body of work demonstrating not just creativity, but commercial awareness. We want to see designs that sell, inform, and engage.

• The Toolkit: Advanced proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• The Mindset: You understand the difference between art and design. You work fast, you organize your files, and you pay attention to the details.

• The Experience: 2+ years of experience, ideally within an agency or a fast-paced in-house team. Experience with DaaS or subscription-based design models is a massive plus.

• Communication: Fluent in English (corporate language) with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
